You're the expert — we're the booking desk behind you. We find the shows your customers actually listen to, pitch you the way hosts want to be pitched, and handle every email, follow-up, and calendar hold in between. You just show up and talk.
No pay-to-play placements. No mass-blast pitches. Every outreach is written for one host and one show.
Podcast booking is a sales job disguised as PR. Hosts get dozens of pitches a week and can smell a copy-paste in one line. Here's the work we do so yours isn't one of them.
A one-sheet that sells the interview, not your résumé: your sharpest topics, the stories only you can tell, your credentials, headshot, and links. If your angles are weak, we fix them before a single pitch goes out.
We research shows in your niche and score them on audience fit, listener quality, and whether their guests actually get business from appearing. A 2,000-listener show full of your buyers beats a 200,000-listener show full of nobody.
Every pitch is written for that host: the episode idea, why their audience wins, and proof you can deliver. Then we do the unglamorous part most people skip — polite, persistent follow-up until it's a yes or a real no.
Scheduling, tech checks, prep notes on the host's style, and the questions likely to come up. After the episode airs, we get you the links and assets so you can promote it to your own audience.
Podcast guesting rewards people with something real to say. We'll tell you straight if you're not there yet, before you spend a dollar.
Three ways to work with us. Every plan includes the research, the pitching, the follow-up, and the scheduling — the whole booking desk, not a list of email addresses.
For experts who want a consistent drumbeat of appearances without living in their inbox.
For founders and authors treating podcast guesting as a real channel — more shows, bigger rooms.
A concentrated booking push built around your publication date, so the episodes land when the book does.
Month-to-month on Core and Growth — no long contract. If a month's outreach isn't producing replies, we say so, show you the numbers, and change the targeting or the topics. We'd rather fix a pitch than hide behind a report.
We guarantee confirmed podcast bookings. A booking counts as confirmed only when a host has accepted you as a guest and a recording date and time are set. A pitch, a reply, or an invitation to apply does not count.
If we fall short: the shortfall carries forward and we keep pitching at no additional charge until it's delivered. If it's still undelivered 60 days after that, you may request a prorated refund for the undelivered portion.
If a host cancels: if a host cancels before the recording, we replace the booking at no charge.
What we don't guarantee: any specific show or host, audience size or download numbers, episode air or publication dates, or leads, sales, or revenue. Hosts control their own calendars and audiences — we guarantee the confirmed bookings, not what happens after you record.
If a show charges guests to appear, that's an ad, not an interview — and audiences can tell. We book earned spots on shows that choose their guests.
We guarantee confirmed bookings — a host who accepted you and a recording date on the calendar. We don't promise a specific top-10 show: any service that does is selling you a screenshot. Hosts decide who they book; our job is to make the yes easy, often.
You'll see what went out, who replied, and what they said. The pipeline is yours — if you ever leave, your one-sheet and show relationships go with you.
Your plan carries a guaranteed minimum of confirmed bookings: 1 per month on Core, 2 per month on Growth, and 3 within 90 days on Book Launch. A booking counts only when a host has accepted you and a recording date and time are set — a pitch or a reply doesn't count. If we fall short, the shortfall carries forward and we keep pitching at no additional charge until it's delivered; if it's still undelivered after an additional 60 days, you can request a prorated refund for the undelivered portion. See the guarantee for the full terms. Beyond the minimum, results depend on your niche, your topics, and how bookable your story is — and your monthly report shows exactly what went out and what came back.
Pitching starts once your one-sheet and topics are approved — usually inside the first two weeks. Recordings follow hosts' calendars, so most clients see their first conversations booked within the first month or two, and episodes air after that on each show's schedule.
One short call to review the pipeline and sharpen topics, plus showing up to the recordings we book. Everything else — research, outreach, follow-up, scheduling, prep — is on us.
Earlier than feels necessary. Hosts book weeks to months out and episodes air later still, so a launch campaign ideally starts a full quarter before publication. If your date is closer than that, tell us — we'll tell you honestly what's still possible.
Yes. Core and Growth run month-to-month. Pause when your calendar fills up; cancel if it's not working. Book Launch is a single one-time campaign scoped to your publication window.
Tell us who you are and what you'd talk about. Every application gets a reply either way — if the fit isn't there, we'll say why, and what would change it.
